Remote Support
This page is for customers who have received a support key from us, and are ready to initiate their live support session.
In this session you will enter your name (first name is fine), and your support key. After you did this, a window will open which will try to install a small software package on your computer which will enable us to connect to your computer, see your screen and use our keyboard and mouse on your system. During the support session you will be able to chat with us by using the chat feature.
