Our Process
- We always start with potential customers to allow you to tell us about your business, and about your IT. We want to know your current IT issues, what IT demands are not being met, your frustrations with IT, and where you want to be in the next couple of months and years. This meeting normally takes about an hour. When we know all this information we can create a custom solution package to fit your needs.
- We always like to see the environment where the computers are used and where the server(s) are located. This way we can see your IT in action, and this will help us create your custom solution package.
- IT assessment. We will use a software package to take a look at your current IT setup. This allows us to take a brief look under the hood of your environment. We will be able to see what kind of network printers, switches, routers, computers and servers are used. We will not look at the internal configuration of computers or your data.
- A few days after our assessment, we will send you a proposal that will include all your IT demands and a road map. On this proposal you will see things like fixing your current IT issues, ongoing support, server replacement, maintenance and more.
- Activate. As soon as you approve the proposal, we will start taking ownership of your IT infrastructure and integrate our services into your company. All computers, printers will be equipped with our identification tags which will include our phone number and a unit identification number. This number will be asked for when you or your staff call us with questions.
- The relation between the Woodlands IT and our customers is anything but passive. We will discuss at least twice a year our service in detail. Typically we will talk about ongoing service, upcoming plans, and review the road map.
